Dr. Yerie Nam

Dr. Yerie Nam is a Bay Area native, born in San Francisco and raised in Hercules, California. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. Since relocating to the South Bay in 2021, she has enjoyed becoming part of the community and getting to know the area she now calls home.

Dr. Nam is passionate about delivering thoughtful, ethical, high-quality dental care rooted in prevention and long-term health. She is committed to ongoing continuing education and regularly pursues advanced training to stay current with the latest dental techniques, materials, and technology—ensuring her patients benefit from the most modern approaches to care.

While Dr. Nam is experienced in all aspects of general dentistry, she has a particular affinity and skill performing root canal therapy. Her philosophy centers on preventive treatment whenever possible with the belief that the best dentistry preserves natural tooth structure, helps patients avoid future complications, and supports healthy, confident smiles that last.

She also takes a comprehensive view of patient care, recognizing the important connection between oral health and overall wellness. Dr. Yerie understands that oral health does not exist in isolation, and she thoughtfully considers how each patient’s dental needs may relate to their broader health picture when developing treatment recommendations.

When Dr. Yerie is not practicing dentistry, she and her husband are foodies who enjoy discovering new flavors and dining experiences. She also loves reading, gaming and attending concerts.
